After you place your order with
Yarn Boutique, sit back and
relax, we will take it from here. Your order with some of the best stuff ever produced will be arriving soon.
E-MAIL CONFIRMATION and ORDER NUMBER:
With in 24 hrs and usually sooner, we will be sending you an e-mail
confirmation of your order. Contained in the e-mail is your order number. Please
make sure you print this out and hold on to it. If for some reason there is a
problem with your order, the order number is the best way for us to sort things
out. The order number will also become important if the item needs to be
returned.

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation within 48 hrs,
you need to do a couple things:
1st) Check your e-mail SPAM folder as there is a good possibility that your SPAM
blocker intercepted it.
2nd) If it isn’t there,

We will then reconfirm your order info with you.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER:
You can change your order providing we have not shipped an “in stock” item
or that we have not started your Custom order.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:
If you would like to Track your order, e-mail us after you receive your
Confirmation and we will send you the Tracking number from the shipping company
if one is provided.
WHAT’S TAKING SO LONG:
Generally speaking, you should receive your order within 1 week of placing
your order.
There are some situations that could impact this time frame:
· Some items are not in stock.
· Some components are back-ordered.
· A Custom or large order.
· Wrong
shipping
method was chosen.
· Shipping address is incorrect.
· Shipping delays by the shipping company, especially around the Holidays.
· Acts of GOD.
· Etc.
When we become aware of any of these situations, we make every effort to contact
you so you are prepared.
ORDER NEVER RECEIVED:
If you have not received your order after 2 weeks of being shipped,
contact
us as soon as practical. Include your order details, especially your order
number. We will then begin an investigation with the shipping company.
