Payment Policy
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You
can also utilize their electronic check service. Please never send us your
Credit Card information direct.
Paypal
Even if you are not a PayPal member, you can still pay through PayPal. Just
follow the instructions when you checkout.

Checks
If you prefer to pay by check, we can accommodate you.
1st. E-mail or call us so you can indicate to us what you would like to
purchase. We will need to agree on the total bill. So communication is
essential. You need to provide a reliable e-mail address, phone number or you
can call us at (585)413-1123 or 866-638-9079.
2nd. Send check, for agreed upon amount to:

3rd. The check will need to "clear" before any items will be shipped. This could
take up to 10 days.
Sometime soon, we will have an on-line order form that can be printed then
mailed or faxed to us. Keep watching for this option.
No orders will be shipped C.O.D.
Sales Tax
New York State Residents will be required to pay Local and State taxes. A
charge of 4% for Yarn and 8% for everything else will be added to your final bill. Sorry about that fellow New
Yorkers....Other state sales taxes may apply.
Custom Orders
A "Custom" Order is any product that has been designed and/or produced for you by request.
Once a design, if needed, and a price and a time frame have been agreed upon,
payment in full is required before work will commence.
There is no refund or exchange for your Custom Order.
If a design is required, a "partial payment" is required before the design
begins. The design fee is also non-refundable.
