RETURN POLICY
If you need to return your merchandise,
Yarn Boutique offers a return for
Exchange, Store Credit or Refund of the purchase price. Any Shipping and
Handling charges are not refundable. See Conditions and Procedures below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
· Must be returned to Yarn
Boutique within 14 days.
· Custom Order's, Sale items, Needles, Books, Patterns or Magazines are NOT refundable.
· Merchandise is in the unopened and original container.
· Merchandise has not been used.
· Merchandise is not damaged and is able to be resold.
· Return has been Authorized by
Yarn Boutique and customer has received
the Return Authorization Number (RAN). See procedure below.
· The original receipt must accompany the Return.
· Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
· Notify Yarn Boutique via phone or
E-mail for options and a
Return Authorization Number (RAN) no later then
10 days after you received the
merchandise.
· DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT THE RAN.
· Repackage the merchandise in the original shipping container or repackage at least as
good as it was when it was sent to you. For helpful tips on proper packing and
care of a shipment, review the Web Site of your shipping company.
· Be sure to Insure the package. Insurance is inexpensive and greatly helps if a
claim needs to be filed.
· Once all this is done, send the package to:
Yarn Boutique
1865 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14618.
· Keep in mind that Yarn
Boutique is not responsible for any damage done
while being shipped back to us. The customer is responsible for loss or damage
incurred.
· There are stores like “Mail Boxes Etc” that will take care of the entire
packing and shipping procedure for you.
· All return Shipping, Handling and Insurance fees are the responsibility of the
customer.
· Once we receive the item back at
Yarn Boutique with the above
conditions being met, we will proceed with processing your Return as you had
indicated.
EXCHANGES:
If your Return is for an Exchange, we will send out the new item once we have
received the Returned item and all the above conditions have been met.
If you require an immediate exchange, you will need to purchase the new item.
Then once we receive the Returned item back with the above conditions being met,
we will then credit your account.
If the Exchange is for a less expensive item, a Store Credit will be issued for
the difference.
Keep in mind that new shipping, handling and restocking fees will apply for the
Exchange. Refer to our

Policy
STORE CREDIT:
If your Return is for a Store Credit, we will send you a
Yarn Boutique Gift
Certificate once we have received the Returned item and all the above
conditions have been met.
The Store Credit will valid for 6 months after the original purchase date.
The Store Credit will be for the purchase price of the item only, less any
shipping and restocking charges.
REFUND:
If your Return is for a Refund, we will issue your refund once we have received
the Returned item and all the above conditions have been met.
If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited back through
PayPal.
If you paid by check, you will receive a check issued from
Yarn Boutique
